I wonder if the mod could have forced the Up-N-Atomizer in cars. In Online, there's a glitch with the Menacer that lets you use it while inside and it actually works quite well, might work with the Insurgent too, so it's definitely fundamentally possible to do. Not sure if this qualifies for facts and glitches?
