After more than 15,000 hours in GTA V, I’m still finding cut mechanics, hidden dialogue, obscure references and glitches throughout the game. This episode investigates evidence that Rockstar originally planned a San Andreas-style body-weight system for Michael, Franklin and Trevor, an alert that appears when Director Mode thinks the player is dead, the GTA Online mechanic who once physically delivered every personal vehicle, Michael hearing dialogue from his own future during Did Somebody Say Yoga, an LA Noire movie playing inside GTA V, the Digiscanner’s cut licence-plate function, GTA Online’s supposedly silent protagonist making a sound, missing road signs breaking traffic across a large part of Los Santos, several cut vehicles and a drunk NPC who attempts to drive himself home with predictable results.
