  1. I have tried this recipe, and it has become a staple in my breakfast routine. The overnight oats are not only delicious but also incredibly satisfying. The absence of dairy milk and sugar makes it a perfect choice for anyone looking to lose weight without compromising on taste. I love how versatile this recipe is; I can easily customize it with different toppings like fruits, nuts, or seeds to suit my preferences.

The unique cooking method showcased in the video has made preparing breakfast a breeze for me. It's quick, convenient, and packs a nutritional punch. Since incorporating these overnight oats into my diet, I have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels throughout the day.

Using True Elements Rolled oats has been a game-changer. Their high-quality oats add a rich, creamy texture to the dish, elevating the overall experience. I highly recommend trying this recipe with True Elements Rolled oats for a truly amazing breakfast treat. Thank you for sharing such an inspiring and healthy recipe!

  2. I also put blueberries, strawberries, protein powder and cinnemon powder. not only they taste amazing, but also provide you a variety of nutrients required on a daily basis.

  3. I have made this today for my breakfast…instead of cocoa powder i used choco protein powder and no vanilla,no seeds (only almonds).so basically different recipe 😂.on the top, banana, blueberries and almonds….it was fantastic…thank youu 😍😍

  4. pretty sure flax seeds pass through the digestive tract undigested if they aren't ground. Cooking them will help, but rolled oats don't cook long enough. Just a tip. also, while this is an awesome recipe, a game changer for me was like a "pumpkin spice" oatmeal. I'm obsessed with squash in oatmeal instead of bananas or berries. Sounds crazy, but is delicious!

  5. would love if anyone could help me out w this: i ordered oats but i think they are not rolled oats but porridge oats (weirdly i didn’t know there were types of oats) does this recipe require a certain type of oats or are my “jumbo porridge oats” workable 💀

  6. Never add honey to any dish if it's hot.
It is mention in Great Indian Vedic texts that honey loose it's ability to such an extent that it nearly becomes a poison when add to something hot.
    Now it's also scientifically proven.

  7. I had a few questions
    1.This makes how many servings
    2. Can I use rolled oats
    3. I have 70 percentage dark chocolate how can I used it replace coco powder ( unable to eat it I don't wanna waste it please help me with the)
4.Can I add seed mix to it
